The full IP voice communication solution of OMNIACOM is based on Analog Devices’ Blackfin VoiP reference design which is the world leader of High performance signal processing with over 10 years Experience in design & development of IP solutions.


OMNIACOM’s IP phone products include Dot-Matrix displays to bring productivity-enhancing applications to the phone, customization options that can be modified as needs change.

The OMNIACOM’s IP Phone provides core business features and addresses the communication needs of a cubicle worker who conducts low to medium telephone traffic. The OMNIACOM’s product offers a set of dynamic soft keys that guide a user through call features and functions. The graphic capability of the display provides a rich user experience by providing calling information and intuitive access to features.

 

OMNIACOM IP Phone Features
    The OMNIACOM IP phone is designed to be easy to use with conveniently placed features.
Dot-Matrix-based display: a Dot-Matrix based display provides intuitive access to calling features.
Four soft keys dynamically present calling options to the user. The scroll keys allows easy movement through the displayed information.
Six Value Added Keys : Those 6 hot keys are reserved for access or enable TELCO future value added service.
"Menu" key : This key allows users to quickly access information such as call logs and phone settings.
The user can retrieve voice-mail messages.
The user can display missed calls, outgoing calls that have been placed, and incoming calls that have been received.
The user can set various preferences such as ring types and display contrast.
"Hold" key : This key displays on the screen the list of Held and Active Calls.
A volume-control toggle provides easy decibel-level adjustments of the handset and ringer.

  Calling features
    The OMNIACOM’s IP Phone is designed to grow with system capabilities. Features will keep pace with new changes via software updates to the phone Flash memory. Examples of currently available features include:

Help The online Help feature gives users information about the phone keys, buttons, and features.
Display The phone has a Dot matrix LCD with good resolution and adjustable display contrast. It allows displaying 5 lines in the main menu.
Speakerphone, Mute, and Handset The phone offers high-quality speakerphone technology, including easy-to-use speaker On/Off, Mute, and volume buttons. For added security, the audible dual tone multifrequency (DTMF) tones are masked when the speakerphone mode is used.
Volume Control The convenient Volume Control buttons on the phone provides for easy level adjustments for the speakerphone, handset and ringer. The handset is hearing aid-compatible (HAC).
Multiple Ring Tones More than 24 user-adjustable ring tones are available.
Codec Support G711A, G711U, G.723 6.3/5.3, G.729,G.726 audio compression codecs are available.

OMNIACOM Analog Telephone Adapter is the solution for voice and data convergence applications. Designed for Office/SOHO IP-PBX applications in home and small to medium- sized businesses, OMNIACOM ATA easily adds telephone to an existing IP Network.

General Information
  The OMNIACOM IP PBX is a next generation IP PBX that provides a cost-saving solution for small business, enterprise users on their telecommunication data needs. OMNIACOM IP PBX is an embedded system with built-in SIP proxy server and NAT functions that makes it perfect for enterprise usage. The enterprise can combine both data and PBX and VoIP functions together with this single box to treat it as a Communication Center.

OMNIACOM IP PBX, is an enterprise-class, fully featured software IP PBX with integrated voice mail, auto attendant and web-based configuration manager for Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions.

OMNIACOM IP PBX offers proven, robust functionality for up to 200 seats on a single server, and provides low-cost solutions for IP PBX, branch offices, home workers, key systems and call centers.

OMNIACOM IP PBX provides not only basic call functions on traditional PBX system but also many advanced functions including voice mail to email, web management that’s not possible on traditional PBX.

With OMNIACOM IP PBX, company with branch offices in different countries can be easily combined together to work like a virtual single office through internet. OMNIACOM IP PBX can also register to an ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider) vendor to let all offices share the benefits of the services from ITSP.
